Beeline Launches Free Multilingual AI Service beeGPT for Its Customers

Beeline has introduced beeGPT (18+), a multilingual AI service that combines generative neural networks with telecom account management in a single window, the operator's press service said.

All Beeline customers get free access. The service supports multiple languages and is available in the Beeline mobile app (12+) and at beegpt.beeline.ru. No separate registration or VPN is required, and requests don't consume mobile data. Generation and web search work even under internet restrictions, meaning customers stay connected with access to online information.

beeGPT handles study, work and everyday tasks: answering questions, explaining complex topics, writing code, translating and editing texts, working with documents, creating images and videos, and processing photos. Users can chat in any language without changing settings or switching between neural models-the service picks the right one automatically.

The service also understands a customer's Beeline context. A plain text query in the chat can check balance and remaining packages, enable or disable a service, get spending information or choose a tariff. Such requests don't reduce the main query limit.

beeGPT follows Beeline's earlier AI services: Neurochat gave users access to different generative models, and Smart Search brought a conversational interface into the operator's app. beeGPT merges these into one product focused on solving a task rather than choosing a neural network.

"Our solutions went from access to individual neural networks and token mechanics to beeGPT-the first multilingual and universal AI tool of its kind, combining neural network capabilities with telecom management. Today we're opening it free to all Beeline customers."

Instead of a large set of separate neural networks, the operator will focus on developing beeGPT as a single AI service built into its main customer product. The base level stays free for all Beeline customers, with further development stages to be announced separately.
