Grok Bot Enters Early Beta, But Only for Some Paying Users

SpaceXAI opened an early public beta of Grok Bot in August, an agent platform that signs into tools like Gmail, LinkedIn and Salesforce to perform tasks on your behalf. It can fill out forms, respond on social media and send emails.

The name causes confusion. "Regular" Grok is a chatbot. Grok Build is a coding agent. Grok Bot is a digital work assistant: give it a task, and it works inside your apps, returning results or asking for approval. It began as a Cursor project codenamed Sand, partly built on SpaceXAI's compute.

Access is limited to paying subscribers on specific plans: SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Pro+, Cursor Ultra, Cursor Teams Standard or Cursor Teams Premium. It runs on macOS, Windows, iOS and Android.

Because bots may reach inboxes and work accounts, SpaceXAI advises starting with low-risk tasks and keeping human approval enabled for anything that sends messages, alters records or exposes sensitive information. The beta is unfinished, and features, reliability and plan restrictions may change.
