May 19, 2026

Russian manufacturers are calling for a centralized operational environment to manage AI assets, consolidate data, and ensure system resilience, according to Evgeniy Garanin, Vice President for Digitalization and IT at TVEL, the fuel division of Rosatom. Speaking at the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR) conference, Garanin commented on the upcoming release of AtomMind 2.0, an industrial AI platform developed by TVEL and Industry Soft Solutions.

“To stay competitive, Russian industry needs a unified operational AI platform that reduces barriers to deploying AI in production, enables rapid transition from testing to full-scale use, and allows successful practices to be scaled,” Garanin said. AtomMind 2.0, set for release in November, aims to accelerate the creation and deployment of AI solutions for monitoring and predicting equipment and industrial product conditions.

Garanin also announced a new partner ecosystem built by TVEL and Industry Soft Solutions to support AI adoption in manufacturing. At CIPR, they revealed that Arenadata, a major provider of infrastructure IT solutions, has joined the ecosystem. Alexey Akulov, CEO of Industry Soft Solutions, explained that the partnership will help expand AtomMind’s capabilities and respond quickly to market needs, shortening the distance between customers and developers.
